Incompatibility with burning devices:
To ensure the highest level of compatibility of the Cheetah DVD Burner, report any problems with certain burning devices. Check the device for hardware errors first and make sure that you have the latest firmware update installed, before you send a support request.

Sending Requests:
In order to offer you support, please indicate as much information about software and hardware as possible. The more information you provide the faster we can help you:

  1. Manufacturer of drive, model, and drive type
    Provide as much information as you can

  2. Disc Type used:
    CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R?

  3. Windows Version:
    The operating system with its service packs.

  4. Error occurring:
    Provide as much information as you can about the problem occurring.
